Haiti is one of the poorest countries on earth with ongoing needs for medical, educational, financial and developmental assistance. Recognizing the desperate plight of it’s proud and hard-working citizens, Attorney James C. Henderson and several other caring individuals formed CRCL, Inc. in 1984.
CRCL, inc. – Haiti Medical Outreach (HMO) has been operating a medical clinic and schools in Haiti since 1994, a dental clinic since 2007– and has also been actively developing programs and relief efforts since the devastating earthquake in 2010.
CRCL, Inc. also operates in Belize where it has built a Secondary School for the Maya Indians in the South and is building an industrial trade school and flight-training center in the North.
